We’re building a modern, experiential Thai dining space where beverages stand strong on their own. Your bar program won’t follow trends — it will define its own. Each season, you’ll rethink, redesign, and create a completely new beverage menu , bringing innovation, technique, and identity to the bar.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Craft and serve beverages with precision, consistency, and a strong understanding of flavor
- Use advanced techniques, including clarification methods , fat-washing, infusions, ferment-based drinks, and modern prep
- Conceptualize and create an entirely new bar menu each season (cocktails + zero-proof + beer / wine cocktails)
- Create balanced beer-based and wine-based cocktails , including clarified and modern-style versions
- Maintain deep understanding of beer and wine profiles, food contexts, and guest preferences
- Handle bar mise-en-place : clarifications, batches, garnishes, syrups, infusions, and prep
- Maintain a clean, organized, high-standard bar environment throughout service
- Engage with guests warmly and confidently, guiding them through the beverage experience
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, documentation, and timely ordering
- Work seamlessly with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth operations
- Assist the service team as & when required, especially during busy service
- Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
🔹 What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of bartending experience in a quality, service-driven establishmentStrong understanding of bar tools, techniques, clarifications, and flavor buildingSolid knowledge of wines, beers, and their applications in cocktailsAbility to design beer / wine cocktails and modern-style beveragesExcellent communication, guest interaction, and teamwork skillsAbility to stay composed and efficient during high-energy serviceA guest-first mindset and passion for hospitalityProfessional grooming, punctuality, and reliabilityIf you’re creative, detail-driven, and excited to craft a beverage identity that truly stands apart, we’d love to meet you.
