Job descriptionDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang Build and optimize RESTful and gRPC APIs for performance and reliability Work with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases Integrate with AWS cloud services and participate in deployments on Kubernetes Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality Participate in code reviews and learn best practices from senior engineers Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features Ensure security, compliance, and observability in all services (monitoring, logging, alerting) Contribute to CI / CD pipelines and automation Employee insurance plan Learning allowance Gratuity Maternity and Paternity Leave Fast-pace, dynamic working style Employee Engagement and Programming 3-5 years of backend development experience, with at least 3 year in Golang Good understanding of Go concepts (goroutines, channels, error handling, etc.) Experience with Gin or similar frameworks Familiarity with RESTful API design (gRPC is a plus) Hands-on experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases Exposure to AWS cloud services and containerization (Docker) Basic understanding of CI / CD pipelines Strong problem-solving and communication skills Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) Exposure to Kubernetes or other orchestration tools Experience in fintech or regulated domains Understanding of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT) Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
