Job title : Automation QA Engineer

Location : Gurugram / Hyderabad

Contract Duration : 6 months (Extendable)

Experience Required : 6+ years

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Automation QA Engineer on a contract basis to design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in automation testing, deep technical understanding of QA methodologies, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium , TestNG , Cypress , or Playwright .
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test efficiency.
• Perform regression, integration, and functional testing using automation tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.G., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA or Azure Test Plans .
• Generate detailed test reports and metrics for quality tracking.
• Ensure test scripts are optimized for reliability and reusability.
