About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize application performance, and contribute to building robust and seamless backend systems.

This role includes a three-month probation , with the potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to analyze project feasibility and define effective backend architectures.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality server-side applications using Node.js.
• Optimize existing features for performance and maintainability.
• Work closely with frontend, design, DevOps, and architecture teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues .
• Contribute to code reviews , maintain code quality, and enforce best practices.
• Support open-source contributions and internal development standards.
