Role Description

We are hiring Recruiters (0–2 years) and Senior Recruiters (2–6 years) to join our on-site team at our Mumbai – Borivali office . This is a full-time, work-from-office position (Monday to Friday).

In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. You will work across multiple recruitment portals, leverage social media for talent outreach, ensure strong candidate experience, and support our clients’ talent needs across various industries.

This position is crucial to strengthening our delivery capability and contributing to SAM-HR’s continued growth.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing , and overall recruitment processes
• Experience working on multiple job portals and social media hiring tools
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is an added advantage
• For Senior Recruiter roles : experience handling multiple mandates and client communication is preferred
