We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting recruitment solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Sales Team Leadership : Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the performance and development of the sales team.
- Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, feedback, and market intelligence.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Experience in the recruitment industry or selling SaaS solutions is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
