In this vital role, reporting to the Organizational Planning Analytics & Insights Business Analytics Manager , you will support Amgen's Tech & Workforce Strategy by developing robust data pipelines , dashboards , and ad-hoc reporting to drive insights that impact resource allocation and sourcing strategy .

This role involves designing and maintaining data models and frameworks for procurement and sourcing analytics , supporting ETL processes for integrating procurement data into EDF , and identifying and resolving data quality issues to ensure reliable metrics and KPIs for collaborators.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build data pipelines in Prophecy and Databricks
• Develop insights with a strong focus on Tableau and Power BI dashboard creation
• Design and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Guide data engineers on technical requirements to support dashboards and other business objectives
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of FP&A and sourcing / procurement data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals with data-driven solutions
