Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team at ValueLabs. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our business operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement data ingestion strategies from various sources.
Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transform raw data into usable formats.
Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.
Implement data governance policies and standards.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data quality and reliability.
Monitor and optimize data pipeline performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data engineering.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or equivalent role.

Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python,or Scala.

Experience with data warehousing tools like Snowflake.

Knowledge of data integration tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or Apache Flink.

Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
