Role : Specialist - Candidate Screening
Location : Hyderabad
Shift time : Night Shift (EST / PST / CST)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Screening / Shortlisting
- Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles.
- Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
- Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.
Continuous improvement
Cooperating and partnering with client stakeholders e.g. Hiring Managers, Managers Operations and the HRBP’s.Participate in the continuous improvement of screening processes and tools.Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment programs and policies.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, valuing diverse perspectives.Coordinate with global recruitment teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in candidate screening processes.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate screening and report findings to improve futureprocesses.
Maintain open communication with team members to share insights, challenges, and best practices.Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving overall recruitment strategies.Job Requirement :
Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO / RPO / MSP / Recruitment / Sourcing)Experience of working in customer service / customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment1-2 years experience in the BPO sector is highly preferredStakeholder management on Operational management levelStrong communication and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detailDemonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivityKnowledge
