Director, Software Engineering
The Director of Software Engineering will be a key leader leading a team of software developers and driving next-gen CRM platform development for our Wholesale business. We are looking for a leader with deep technical acumen and strong people skills to influence the development roadmap for the future.
Primary Responsibilities :
Lead the technology charter end-to-end for GPM Wholesale business – from vision to delivery, scale to innovation.
Collaborate closely with technology and business leaders to shape roadmaps, define outcomes, and drive execution.
Build and grow a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, agility, and innovation.
Be deeply involved in upstream problem-solving – driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and influencing product direction.
Maintain a hands-on leadership style – participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and occasionally dive into code.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and guide the team in adopting relevant innovations.
Autonomy and visibility : Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across GPM

Desired Skills :
15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale Dynamics 365 CRM and Sales Pipeline solutions
Experience with full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365, from requirements gathering to deployment
Extensive experience in systems architecture, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations
Microsoft Azure : Experience with Azure PaaS and IaaS services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Data Factory
Power Platform : Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder
Integration Technologies : Experience with Azure API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Integration Services
Data & Analytics : Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and data modeling for Dynamics 365 implementations
Development : Understanding of C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, and low-code languages like Power Fx, and other customization approaches within Dynamics 365
DevOps : Experience with Azure DevOps, including source control, pipelines, and ALM practices for Dynamics 365
Security : Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), role-based security, and data protection in Dynamics 365 implementations
