Job Summary
Lead the FXSCALE technology team.
FXSCALE is the bank's FX electronic micro-payments platform running 24x7 with a global client base.
We have an engaged business and aggressive product roadmap. The system development team is a specialist team responsible for the design and development of this high profile system.
The team is globally distributed between India and Singapore.
Strategy
Define and own the technology strategy for the FXSCALE platform
Business
Working closely with all stakeholders including front office, support teams, other internal clients and technology teams
Presenting to external clients from time to time
managing the IT budget for the entire SCALE project
championing mandatory / tech-driven work items while delivering business-driven change
defining and delivering on the strategic architecture for the platform

full compliance with SCB's software delivery lifecycle
People & Talent
leading the development team which includes business analysts, scrum masters and developers.
organising and structuring the team for optimal delivery.
ability to delegate across your leads and team while maintaining ownership
hiring including determining location strategy / performance management
directing the QA and devops teams that support the platform.

Risk Management
tracking and resolving vulnerabilities
owning and resolving audit items as and when they arise

owning platform development lifecycle and ensuring adherence to bank policies
