Generative AI Engineer

Onni Group is seeking a highly skilled and innovative GenAI Engineer to join our technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI (GenAI) solutions using cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and building production-ready AI applications. This position offers an opportunity to collaborate with global teams across product, engineering, and UX to create scalable, responsible, and high-performing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Model Development & Integration

• Research, fine-tune, and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, and others.
• Design and build GenAI-powered applications for text, code, and multimodal use cases.
• Develop and deploy RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases.
