Job descriptionProgramming Expertise : Strong proficiency in PERL . Database : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (DDL, DML, and optimization). DevOps Tools : Experience with GitHub , Jenkins , and CI / CD pipelines. Team Leadership : Proven experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams. System Design : Ability to architect and deploy scalable backend solutions. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams. Programming Languages : Experience with C Programming . Databases : Knowledge of Oracle . Operating Systems : Proficiency in Linux OS . Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with GCP or other cloud platforms. Development Tools : Experience using Eclipse or Visual Studio Code . PERL programming (Must have) Knowledge on APIs (Must have) PostgreSQL / Oracle (Must have) Payments domain expert, ISO 8583 / APACS / BIC-ISO protocols (Must have) C Programming (Desirable) DevOps (Desirable) GCP (Desirable)

Summary of This Role :
Lead the development and delivery of innovative software solutions within the Payments Domain , leveraging deep expertise in PERL , PostgreSQL , and DevOps tools . The role involves guiding a high-performing team, architecting scalable systems, and ensuring technical excellence across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
