We are looking for an experienced Oracle Order & Service Management (OSM) Developer with strong hands-on development expertise.

Role : Oracle OSM Developer

Location : PAN India

What You’ll Work On (Development-Focused)

Build and customize OSM cartridges using XQuery, XSLT, Java & Design Studio

Develop end-to-end Order Orchestration for telecom services (MPLS, ILL, SIPT, PRI, IPLC, SD-WAN, etc.)

Integrate OSM with UIM (Inventory) and IPSA (Service Activation)

Build SOAP / REST and JMS-based integrations

Work closely with architects on technical design & solutioning

Resolve issues across SIT / UAT , focusing on development fixes , not L1 / L2 support

Optimize orchestration plans and workflow performance

✅ What We’re Looking For (Mandatory Skills)

• 2 + years hands-on OSM development
• OSM Cartridge Development (XQuery, XSLT, Java, Design Studio)
• Telecom Fulfillment Experience (MPLS / ILL / SD-WAN etc.)
• OSM Data Model, OSM Orchestration, Order Lifecycle
• UIM + IPSA integration experience
• Strong in Web Services (SOAP / REST), JMS, SOA Suite
• Experience in Telecom OSS / BSS stack
