Role & Responsibilities :

Posts job advertisements, uses databases, and leverages job portals / social media to find potential candidates.

Reviews job applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.

Schedules and conducts interviews, coordinating with both candidates and hiring managers.

Maintains candidate databases, keeps recruitment trackers updated.

May assist in developing and executing initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.

Candidate Profile :

Fresh Graduates preferred

Effective communication is essential for interacting with candidates and internal teams.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

High-energy and passion
