Role Description

This is a contract role for a Team Lead in Clinical Operations, located on-site in Bengaluru or Bhopal. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, managing research activities, coordinating clinical trials, and providing training. The role involves close collaboration with operational teams and clinical sites to ensure performance meets established standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Team Leadership and Training
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Clinical Operations.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
