Job Summary
PetroBot Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic strategically driven Business Development to expand our market presence in the Southern region of India . This remote position focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sectors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies including lead generation and targeted prospecting.
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets by securing new client engagements.
- Collaborate with the Sales Design and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key clients.Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews to ensure continued satisfaction and business retention.Operational Support
Prepare and submit tender documents quotations and competitive bid proposals.Monitor project execution timelines and budgets ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards.Support revenue optimization initiatives and manage strategic accounts.Strategic Planning & Industry Awareness
Stay updated on industry trends market developments and regulatory changes in the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors.Identify opportunities to leverage PetroBots products and services to support strategic growth initiatives.Monitor competitor activity and market shifts to inform business strategy.Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance pipeline status and market dynamics.Qualifications :
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field.Minimum 35 years of experience in Business Development specifically in the Oil & Gas or NDT sectors.Strong understanding of business development strategies and B2B sales processes.Proven experience in preparing and managing tenders and bid submissions.Proficiency in CRM software and basic project management tools.Excellent verbal and written communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.Additional Information :
