Role Overview :
We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Leader to drive delivery excellence, technical innovation, and team growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth with proven leadership experience to define the technology roadmap, guide architecture decisions, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead one or more engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide technical guidance and architectural direction across teams and projects.
- Foster engineering best practices around code quality, reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor, coach, and review the performance of engineers to build strong, motivated teams.
- Collaborate closely with product management, design, infrastructure, and business stakeholders for effective delivery.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration within the team.
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of experience in software development or engineering leadership roles.Proven experience managing engineering teams and delivering successful, high-impact projects.Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software design, architecture, and systems.Broad domain knowledge across modern technologies, frameworks, and tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to think strategically and act decisively in dynamic environments.Strong track record in mentoring, team building, and driving technical excellence.Nice to Have :
Experience leading cross-functional or geographically distributed teams.Exposure to cloud-native, microservices, or platform engineering environments.Demonstrated ability to scale teams and processes in high-growth organizations.
