Job Title : WordPress Developer

Job location / Type : Remote (Night Shift, Full-Time)

Salary per month : 30k-40k / month

Experience : 1-3 years

We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our websites during night-shift hours. The ideal candidate will ensure our sites are updated, optimized, and aligned with business goals while providing a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update website content (blogs, events, podcasts, resources).
Design and develop new pages, landing pages, and microsites.
Customize and manage WordPress themes, templates, and plugins.
Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, secure, and optimized for speed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (front-end and back-end).
Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications & Requirements

2–4 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (front-end & back end).

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.

Experience with WordPress page builders (Elementor, Divi, or similar).

Strong design sense and ability to translate mockups into functional pages.

Familiarity with plugins, integrations, and analytics tools.

Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

Knowledge of CRM or marketing integrations (Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.).

Prior experience managing websites for events or professional services.
