Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Chennai. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and impactful training sessions on soft skills, life skills, communication, and presentation skills to students. The trainer will also be responsible for developing training materials, conducting assessments, and providing personalized feedback to enhance students&apos employability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Presentation Skills and Communication
• Experience in Training & Development and Life Skills
• Proficiency in teaching Soft Skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and inspire learners
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Previous experience in training or coaching is a plus
