Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on IDMC Lead who brings deep expertise in Informatica’s MDM SaaS (Cloud MDM) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI) . The ideal candidate will also have exposure to CAI , CDQ , IDQ , on-prem Informatica MDM , and data governance frameworks . This role blends technical leadership, solution architecture, client engagement, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Architecture & Delivery :
• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Informatica MDM SaaS solutions on the IDMC platform.
• Architect and implement scalable CDI pipelines for batch and real-time data ingestion and transformation.
• Define and manage technical implementation plans, ensure alignment with business requirements, and drive delivery.
• Team & Client Leadership :
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, analysts, and QA engineers.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Cross-Product Expertise :
• Integrate components like CAI (Application Integration), CDQ (Cloud Data Quality), and IDQ for enhanced MDM and data stewardship use cases.
• Work with data stewards and governance teams to ensure clean, reliable, and governed master data.
• Technical Execution :
• Design survivorship, match / merge, and trust rules within MDM.
• Handle REST API integrations , cloud-to-cloud , and cloud-to-on-premise data flows.
• Participate in performance tuning, issue troubleshooting, and best practice enforcement.
• Stakeholder Engagement :
• Contribute to project scoping, estimations, and technical proposal development.
• Work closely with business and IT teams to gather requirements and convert them into scalable architecture.
