White Polar Consultancy  is looking for a skilled  Power BI & SQL Developer  to join our growing team!

This is an exciting opportunity to work on international projects, collaborating directly with clients across  UK and USA time zones  to deliver world-class analytics and data-driven insights.

šŸš€ Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, design, and maintain interactive  Power BI dashboards and reports .
  • Write and optimize  SQL queries, stored procedures, and views  for analytics.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions.
  • Perform  data validation, troubleshooting, and performance tuning .
  • Manage  data modeling, ETL processes, and row-level security .
  • Integrate Power BI with multiple data sources (SQL Server, Excel, APIs, etc.).
  • Ensure  data accuracy, reliability, and consistency  across reports.
  • Identify and implement  automation opportunities  in reporting processes.

šŸ§  Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelorā€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 2ā€“5 years  of hands-on Power BI development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in  SQL (MS SQL Server or similar)  and query optimization.
  • Expertise in  DAX ,  Power Query (M language) , and  data modeling (Star / Snowflake) .
  • Excellent understanding of  data visualization and dashboard design principles .
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in  UK (1 : 00 PM ā€“ 10 : 00 PM IST)  or  USA (6 : 00 PM ā€“ 3 : 00 AM IST)  shifts.

    • šŸŒŸ Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with  Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Power Automate, or Power Apps .
  • Knowledge of  Python or R  for data analytics (optional).
  • Prior experience in  client-facing roles .
