Primary skills

Minimum of 7+ years into Labware (or related) LIMS implementation exposure

Understanding of Labware and its architecture, Java, LIMS basic programming concepts

Engage with the business users to understand the issue that occurred during day-to-day sample processing.

Design and configuration of LIMS Process flows, Reports, etc.

Creation / Modification of Subroutines, Menu Routine, Automation scripts, Events, Status rule, Access Routines, Query tags, Folder templates, Sample login templates, Stored Query manager, Crystal reports, Visual Workflows, Label formats, Table templates, Lot templates, Inventory templates, Stability Protocol templates, Project templates, Analysis calculations, etc.

Configuring Background server schedules

Experience is handling various result file formats such as flat files, xml, JSON etc.

Experience in Sample Manager web services architecture.

Configure and develop Labware LIMS subroutines / non-routines programs as per the client needs.

Development / troubleshoot labels issues and crystal reports

Provides technical support on application and interface issues Manage application administration such as user management, permissions etc.

Monitoring application logs, periodic health check both on application server and database server.

Manage / Installation of Labware LIMS on development server.

Proficiency in managing licenses and maintaining compliance.

Identification of Root Cause and escalate to subsequent support levels if applicable

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Secondary skills

LabWare LIMS V8 experience

Well versed with ITIL Process Incident, Service Request, Problem Management

Experience with Sevice Now ticketing tool

Exposure of Cloud environment
