About the Role :

We're looking for a Senior Manager - Data Science to drive data-driven solutions across marketing, product, and content strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in leveraging ML and AI to build personalized experiences, boost customer retention, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and enhance Recommendation Engines, Propensity Models, Fraud Detection, and other machine learning solutions.
• Apply NLP techniques such as Sentiment Analysis, Topic Modeling, Speech-to-Text, and search optimization.
• Lead a small team of 2-3 data scientists, guiding them across model development, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate models into campaign systems and optimize customer segmentation for upselling / retention.
• Evaluate model performance using tools like ROC curve, Lift analysis, and other KPIs.
• Develop deep learning-based systems using structured and unstructured data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to identify and solve business problems.
• Drive innovation in analytics strategy using AMS (Audience Measurement System) and micro-segmentation.
