The Quality Engineering Lead is accountable for test strategy, resource planning, and the

delivery of quality assurance across projects and client engagements. As both a hands-on

practitioner and team leader, the QE Lead shapes quality engineering standards, manages

and mentors testers, and works with clients and internal teams to ensure QA activities are

embedded across the software development lifecycle. This role bridges technical

leadership with people management and contributes to building the Company's QE capability.
