Service Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and make necessary corrections and running adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality and also supports commitments established in the ISO Environmental Policy.

Responsibilities

Shall be responsible for basic panel Testing / Mechanical problem of Machines

Shall be responsible for maintenance of machine

Shall be responsible for providing optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.

Shall be responsible for developing service related trainings to Service / Production Team / external customers .

Shall be responsible for update customer complaints / work progress in ERP system.

Shall be responsible for performing service activities according to Service manual and safety standards.

Shall be responsible for addressing customer complaint in a timely manner.

Shall be responsible for coordinating with various teams to fix product issues.

Shall be responsible for providing feedback to HOD on interaction with customer in confidence with HOD.

Shall be responsible to provide day to day status of installation & commissioning of machine from site.

Shall be responsible to take installation & commissioning satisfactory report duly approved sign by customer in ISO format.

Shall be responsible to get the customer feedback form as per ISO format / C-SAT.

Shall be responsible to provide basic technical training to internal & external customers.

Shall be responsible to having successful trial at customer site.

Shall be responsible to issue pending work check list to production department in specific “MACHINE TESTING CHECKLIST” form.

Shall be responsible to coordinate with customer to understand problem and provide satisfactory answer & update the same to HOD.

Shall be responsible to maintain all gazette or equipment in working condition which provided in service tool kit & submit the same at the time of demand by HOD or at the time of reliving.

Shall be responsible to provide expense voucher against tour advance in stipulated timing duly approved sign by HOD.

Shall be responsible for machine dry run & check all parameter / leveling for satisfactory final trial with Sr. Technician.

Shall be responsible for dismantle of machine cable.

Shall be responsible for transfer to spares inquiry to HOD for further process

Shall be responsible to solve the problem of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics either on phone or personal visit.

Shall be responsible solve mechanical problem at internal / external customer floor.

Shall be responsible for assembling audit.

Shall be responsible to maintain all service (Installation, Dry run testing, Machine history sheet) records as per ISO format.

Shall be responsible to maintain all records as per ISO format.

Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.

Required Experience

Shall be having minimum 3 years of experience in capital machinery manufacturing industry

Required Qualification

D.M.E / B.E / B. Tech in Mechanical / Plastic / Electrical

Strong Interpersonal skill

Electro-mechanics and automation skills

Ability to handle quires

Ability to work under TAT ( Turn around time )

Flexible

Print reading ability( Mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and Pneumatic)

Desired Skills :

Must be willing to work off shift

Proven ability to undertake tasks of substantial variety or complexity which require an extensive knowledge of complex equipment circuitry and trouble shooting skills.
