[Urgent] AVP - CL IRM

Job Summary / About the Role :

The position will involve build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders at the insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Meet insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.

2. Understand details around client need, existing policy terms and portfolio information.

3. Study the claims MIS and dump, report the analysis in presentable format with meaningful insights. Float the proposal to insurers and negotiate terms and premium amount.

4. Ensure competitive quotes are received in the given timeline.

5. Managing the assigned team members day to day activity & their productivity to ensure excellent client experience.

6. Follow-up with insurers on the terms based on the feedback received from client / sales.

7. Keep abreast with the new products in the market, along with an understanding of the lines of business currently being focused on by the insurers.

8. Knowledge management, share the insight and best practices with teammates. Consultative approach and solution oriented.

Required Experience and skills :

1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any stream.

2. 10-20 years of experience in Insurance Company, Brokers in Insurer Relation Management role.

3. Have good time management skills.

4. Be proficient in verbal and written English.

5. Be a team player.

6. Have service orientation.

7. Have good negotiation & convincing skills.

8. Should have knowledge about IRDA regulations.

9. Good communication skills.

10. Problem solving attitude.

11. Good team manager.
