As an Immigration AI Analyst, you will be a key contributor within our Operations organization — a team of entrepreneurial, results-driven professionals dedicated to driving efficiency, scalability, and innovation across our portfolio companies. In this role, you will work closely with the Managing Partner and senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational performance, optimize business processes, streamline workflows, and enable smarter, faster decision-making for us and our portfolio companies.

You will take ownership of initiatives focused on operational transformation. We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable professional who is passionate about AI, comfortable learning new technologies quickly, and eager to apply advanced tools to solve complex business challenges specifically within immigration industry.

Responsibilities Can Include :

Research and evaluate current and emerging AI tools to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation.

Leverage AI solutions for product development and enhancement.

Stay current on market trends, emerging AI capabilities, and competitive advancements.

Lead and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, boost strong results-driven business decisions, and strengthen operational strategies across portfolio companies.

Analyze business processes to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities where AI solutions can create measurable impact.

Work with our teams to design and prototype AI-enabled workflows, process automations, and productivity enhancements.

Monitor AI performance metrics, gather user feedback, and iterate on solutions to improve effectiveness and business value.

Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and technical partners to ensure seamless deployment and strong stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Master’s degree preferred).

Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI to improve business processes and optimize productivity.

Experience in the immigration industry highly desired.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.

Strong technical skills to assist with the implementation and use of AI solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of ownership.

Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
