Job descriptionFluency in English Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full lifecycle project Workflows, HDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, Configurations, VBCS & Redwood UI Business process knowledge of Global HR, Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management 6-12 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solutions (Global HR, Compensation, Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Talent Management) 4-6 years of support experience Excellent communication skills for collaboration with agile teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Description
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to assess urgent production issues and suggest resolution strategies.
- Exhibit adaptability and work effectively with team members of diverse experience levels.
- Collaborate with HCM functional teams on workflow, approval, fast formulas, HDL, HSDL loaders & HCM extracts.
- Develop and maintain BI reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and HCM extracts.
- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion quarterly technical updates and map them to business needs.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Maintain a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
- Complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
