Job descriptionThe Simulation Engine AI-driven workflows (LLMs agents evaluators) Scalable backend systems (Python / Node, microservices) Real-time simulation UI Secure enterprise integrations & infra 4–8 yrs in backend or full-stack Strong in Python / Node + system design Good with APIs, cloud, databases Curious about AI (LLMs, agents, RAG) High ownership, fast execution, clean code Comfortable working directly with the founder Workflow engines, automation, gaming / simulation experience Vector DBs or agent frameworks BFSI / IT workflow exposure Built large internal tools or multi-module platforms Rigid structure Slow, predictable work Feature-factory tasks Avoid ambiguity Don’t want founder-level ownership This role is for builders, not maintainers.
