Position Summary :

• The Head – Talent Acquisition will lead the global hiring function across India, US, and Rest of the World (UK / Canada).
• This role will focus on building a high-quality, scalable, and sustainable talent acquisition strategy aligned with a product / platform organization.
• Managing a team of 1 Manager and 2 Senior Executives, the role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in hiring for software product companies.
• The emphasis will be on quality of hires rather than volume, ensuring the company attracts and retains world-class talent.
