Introduction About Role :
We're on the lookout for a Ad Creative Strategist who can bring creativity and business acumen to the table. This role demands someone with a knack for conceptualising, visualising, and writing compelling copy in performance marketing ad creatives that drive high ROAS and Revenue for ads.
Key Responsibilities :
Conceptualisation & Strategy :
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that align with the client's goals and target audience.
- Craft copy for performance ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure copy complements the visuals seamlessly.
Creative Execution :
- Strategise clear, engaging, and persuasive creative for multiple platforms (FB, Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.).
- Adapt tone and style to suit different industries and campaign objectives.
- Create scripts, taglines, and ad headlines that drive conversions.
Performance-Driven Writing :
- Ensure copy aligns with performance marketing KPIs like CTR,ROAS etc.
- Understand the business objectives and ROI expectations of DTC brands to craft impactful messaging.
- Analyse campaign performance to refine and improve copy for future campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication :
- Work closely with account managers, media buyers, and design teams to understand client briefs and deliver creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative campaigns.
Market Research :
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and platform-specific guidelines to create fresh, effective content.
Requirements –
Experience : At least 2 years in a creative+copywriting role within a performance marketing agency.
Skills :
- Strong conceptualisation and visualisation skills.
- Proficiency in writing performance-focused copy across platforms.
- Understanding of ROI-driven marketing strategies.
- Ability to adapt copy for diverse industries and campaign objectives.
- Portfolio : Proven experience in creating high-performing copy for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns (please include samples).
- Collaboration : Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
