Salary range : Rs 3500000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 35-45 LPA)

Min Experience : 10 years

Location : Bengaluru

JobType : full-time

As a Lead Cloud Infra Engineer, you will be an experienced, highly skilled, and motivated professional responsible for designing, automating, managing, and ensuring the reliability of cloud infrastructure. Your work will directly enable the delivery of scalable, stable, and highly available software services to end users, while building and maintaining a robust production environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, design, and implement automation processes across multiple environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
  • Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems with robust monitoring and alerting.
  • Build and manage automated infrastructure using modern technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CLI.
  • Design and implement CI / CD pipelines for diverse software components and services running on cloud or container platforms.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders (development teams, IT, etc.) in a DevOps style to drive efficient delivery.
  • Enhance overall system reliability and stability through testing, continuous monitoring, and proactive improvements.
  • Partner with development teams to ensure seamless deployment of new features into production with minimal risk.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Operations or related role (IT, Computer Science).
  • Proven expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience (5+ years) with Linux / Unix, Ansible, Terraform or Pulumi, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages : Python, Golang, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with cloud service management platforms (e.g., AWS CloudFormation).
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols including DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, etc.
  • Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible or SaltStack (or Python as an alternative).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in an Operations or related field.
  • Experience with setting up standard developer tooling such as MySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, and Kafka.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud technologies such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Google Cloud Deployment Manager, or Pulumi.
