We’re looking for a dynamic Intern for our HR Tech team for supporting the Oracle Redwood Implementation. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience at the intersection of HR systems and ATS platforms, working on real-time User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data accuracy tasks.

  • Must be based in Bangalore and available to work onsite during the 3 months internship duration.

What You’ll Do :

  • Support UAT processes
  • Validate data migration and employee records
  • Maintain project documentation
  • Coordinate with HR teams and external vendors

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
  • MBA-HR or MA / BA is preferred
