About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect – Applications to lead presales solutioning across Application Development, Modernization, and Managed Services engagements. This role requires a mix of deep technology experience, strong delivery understanding, and outstanding storytelling skills to craft winning proposals and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end solution design for ADM and AMS opportunities across technologies such as Java, .NET, Open Source, Low-Code, and Cloud-native platforms.
  • Own proposal creation, including delivery models, transition plans, estimation, and commercials.
  • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to define the solution strategy, governance, and operating model.
  • Drive thought leadership in Application Modernization, Microservices, API-first design, and Agile / DevOps models.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, orals, and solution walkthroughs to clients.
  • Contribute to reusable solution assets, case studies, and capability decks for repeat pursuits.
  • Engage in RFP / RFI responses, Q&A sessions, and due diligence discussions.

Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in Application Development, Architecture, or Delivery, including 5+ years in Presales or Solutioning.
  • Expertise in Application Development, Maintenance, and Support (ADM / AMS) engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, Microservices, Cloud-native architectures, and API management.
  • Proven track record in preparing winning proposals, cost models, and delivery blueprints.
  • Exceptional English writing, communication, and presentation skills – essential and non-negotiable.
  • Experience in delivery governance, transition planning, and effort estimation.
  • Certifications in Agile, Architecture (TOGAF), or Cloud will be an advantage.
