Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Service Lead for Support Applications with 7-10 years of experience in technical leadership and enterprise application management. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and expertise in managing and optimizing the full lifecycle of SaaS and custom-built applications, including labeling, archiving, and document management systems. This role is crucial for defining the application architecture, overseeing technical implementation, and ensuring the reliability and security of critical IT services in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Design : Lead and support the development of technical roadmaps and architectural designs for enterprise applications by meticulously translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical plans and solution requirements.
Implementation & Transition : Oversee the full implementation and transition process, including release management, deployment, and hypercare, to ensure new or modified applications move into the production environment with minimal business disruption.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement technical enhancements to optimize application performance, reliability, and security. You will be responsible for defining and tracking key service level indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs).
Project Management : Collaborate with solution architects and cross-functional IT teams to plan and oversee complex projects aimed at improving enterprise application services, utilizing structured project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
Operations : Proactively manage the day-to-day technical operations of support applications, including incident management, problem resolution, performance monitoring, and security audits to ensure their consistent reliability and security.
Knowledge Management & Documentation : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all services and promote best practices for knowledge-sharing and cross-training within the team to build a strong, self-sufficient technical group.
