Role Description

The City Lead – Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of outlets in the assigned city. This leadership role requires strong business acumen, people management, and operational excellence to drive growth, ensure profitability, and uphold the brand's global standards.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with proven experience managing multi-outlet operations in the QSR or retail industry.
