SRV Media is a full-stack digital marketing agency that blends creativity and strategy to craft impactful brand experiences. We’re looking for a Senior Visualizer who can bring concepts to life through innovative designs, sharp storytelling, and a deep understanding of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Ideation : Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts and campaign ideas.

Design Execution : Create engaging visuals for digital ads, social media creatives, websites, landing pages, presentations, and videos.

Campaign Collaboration : Work closely with copywriters, art directors, motion designers, and marketing teams to build integrated campaigns.

Brand Consistency : Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design, advertising, and digital media trends to infuse fresh creativity.

Quality Control : Review and refine designs created by junior designers to maintain high standards.

Team Mentorship : Guide, inspire, and mentor junior designers / visualizers to grow their skills and creativity.

Presentation : Confidently present concepts and creative directions to internal stakeholders and clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with Figma or other UI tools.

Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to conceptualize campaigns beyond static design – knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.

Strong visualization skills with a flair for storytelling.

Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle feedback positively.
