• Job Summary

The Procurement Team will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing the purchase of goods and services essential for the development, maintenance, and operation of real estate properties. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, contractors, and services while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Ensuring that all purchasing needs are aligned with the company's objectives and budget constraints.

• Key Responsibilities

Supplier and Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and contractors for construction, maintenance, and operational needs of real estate properties.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistency, quality, and reliability.

Procurement Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to develop procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Forecast procurement needs for both ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of required goods and services.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes.

Contract Management

• Review and manage contracts related to the purchase of construction materials, real estate services, and other property-related supplies.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with local regulations and organizational policies.

Inventory & Budget Management

• Oversee the inventory of materials, ensuring proper stock levels to meet project requirements.
• Monitor procurement budgets to ensure cost-efficiency, and report any deviations or risks to the management team.
• Prepare procurement reports and updates for senior management.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Resolve any quality-related issues with suppliers or contractors promptly.

Sustainability & Compliance

• Implement sustainability initiatives in procurement practices, including sourcing eco-friendly materials and services where possible.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards in the procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of [3-4] years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of real estate project requirements and timelines.
• Experience in contract management, budget control, and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A good understanding of sustainability and green procurement practices is a plus..0
