Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Back-End Developer with 1–3 years of strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern backend development practices. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Docker containerization, file upload and handling, network sockets, and SignalR, along with a good understanding of code coverage and unit testing. The role demands strong debugging capabilities and a proactive mindset for dynamic work environments. This role is for a technical operations team supporting a 24 / 7 product and will require special scheduling and on-call.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance back-end applications using .NET Core and C#.
  • Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
  • Proactively debug issues, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis to resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in .NET Core and C#.
  • Proficiency in file upload, file I / O, and handling large / binary files securely.
  • Solid experience with network sockets and SignalR for real-time features.
  • Deep understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and measuring code coverage.
  • Docker : Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing containers for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Good knowledge of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and dependency injection.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with Git and version control workflows.

  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure.
  • Proficiency with Python and FastAPI.
  • Knowledge of log aggregation and monitoring tools.
