We’re Hiring : Senior Lawyer

Bandra West, Mumbai Suburban

7–10 years experience |

Adv. Vandana Shah & Associates, one of Mumbai’s leading law firms, is looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic legal advice on complex matters.
  • Draft, review & negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Handle compliance, risk management & legal research.
  • Mentor junior lawyers and lead critical cases.
  • Coordinate with external counsel when required.

Preferred Profile :

  • LL.B. (mandatory), higher legal qualification preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, or litigation law.
  • Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.
