About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy "Talent Intelligence Specialist" to drive data-led insights that shape strategic workforce and leadership hiring decisions. This role will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Leaders to deliver actionable market intelligence and build robust leadership talent pipelines across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Market Research & Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth market mapping to identify leadership talent pools across target industries and geographies.
- Analyze competitor organizational structures, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement trends.
- Produce strategic talent intelligence reports (heatmaps, salary insights, competitor hiring trends) for senior stakeholders.
- Leverage external tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, TalentNeuron, Lightcast) and primary research to provide real-time market intelligence.
Leadership Hiring Support
Partner with global and regional Talent Acquisition teams to identify and engage senior leadership talent.Build and maintain evergreen leadership pipelines aligned to critical business priorities.Deliver executive talent market reports to support succession planning and critical role hiring.Work closely with executive recruiters and HRBPs to provide candidate intelligence and market perception analysis.Stakeholder Management & Advisory
Present market insights and hiring recommendations to senior leadership and HR business partners.Advise business leaders on market feasibility, candidate availability, and competitive positioning.Support strategic workforce planning through data-driven talent insights.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business, Economics, or related field.Experience in talent intelligence, market research, executive search, or leadership hiring.Strong understanding of talent analytics, competitor intelligence, and workforce trends.Hands-on experience with talent market tools (LinkedIn Insights, Talent Neuron, Light cast, etc.).Proven ability to manage multiple projects and present findings to senior stakeholders.Skills & Competencies
Strong research, data analysis, and storytelling capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.Strategic thinking with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for insight visualization.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
