Job description

Job Title : Manager Costing for a leading Food processing co at Hosur

Location : Hosur

Experience : 7+ years & above in any manufacturing co preferably from FMCG

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the product costing process, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies.
• Analyse manufacturing costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support operational efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare and review monthly cost reports, inventory valuations, and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, Sales) to ensure accurate cost allocation and control.
• Ensure accurate and timely SAP entries related to costing (CO module), and support integration with FICO and SD modules.
• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes related to manufacturing costs.
• Support internal and statutory audits with relevant costing data and documentation.
• Continuously improve costing processes and systems to enhance transparency and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

CMA / ICWA qualified.
