Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in managing procurement operations for Indirect Material and Services in a geographical scope, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Commodity Managers, Site Buyers, and stakeholders like SSD / USM), support tactical buyers, and manage supplier relationships, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of vendor onboarding, supplier performance monitoring, and cost-saving initiatives, but also support the implementation of new buying channels and processes.
We’ll look to you for :
Managing supplier panel relationships, including negotiation and performance monitoring
Handling initial supplier issues and escalating as necessary
Supporting Commodity Managers during tender phases
Coordinating procurement activities with project teams and stakeholders
Preparing and launching Request for Quotations (RFQs) and negotiating contracts
Driving innovative ideas for process efficiency and cost reduction

Engineering Degree (BE / B Tech)
At least 5 years of experience in Indirect Procurement in the industry sector
Knowledge and hands-on experience in manufacturing processes
Comprehensive understanding of indirect commodities
Good knowledge of raw material price scenarios, machinery, and labor rates
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Fluency in English and an international background
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
Presentation skills to effectively communicate with management and stakeholders
