The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the Rural lending business of the bank
About the Role
The Product team manages the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. They are responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the strategic plan to steer top line growth and bottom-line delivery. The Product team is also responsible for Product Development, Portfolio Management and Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Driving the credit and monitoring of the entire portfolio as below :
Program Note (NTB / Renewal) preparation, approval, and documentation
Issuance of Sanction letter / MOU
Program circular issuance at the time of launch / renewal
Modification / renewal of program as required
Tacking Portfolio triggers and overall program health
Liaising with legal and compliance for MOU / Transaction etc.
Monthly Monitoring of trade advance products.
Modification & roll out business processes as guided by the management.
Managing of various MIS related to schemes, sanction letter etc.
Any other responsibility as may be assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is :
Role Proficiencies :
o Knowledge of banking products, Supply Chain Finance will be added advantage
o Experience in designing and setting up Corporate Channel Finance schemes for Auto majors. Trade Advance product understanding
o good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills.
o Will to take tasks to completion within deadlines, and ability to learn on the job Abilities
o Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others.
o Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
o Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals.
