Job descriptionDefine and document product requirements, user stories, and domain workflows aligned Provide domain expertise to guide AI model training, validation, and business adoption. Establish AI governance frameworks covering ethics, compliance, fairness, and Collaborate with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure regulatory adherence Support risk assessments, audit reviews, and governance reporting for AI / ML platforms. Partner with engineering, UX, and data science teams to translate domain / business needs Ensure KPIs, metrics, and success criteria are defined and tracked for product Create playbooks, policy guidelines, and domain blueprints for enterprise-wide AI Contribute to stakeholder communication including C-level updates, regulatory reporting, 6–8 years of experience in Product Management, Governance, or Domain Consulting. Strong background in one or more domains (Healthcare, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Proven expertise in product lifecycle management – from requirements gathering to Knowledge of AI / ML systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT landscapes. Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, compliance standards, and responsible AI Strong skills in documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams – engineering, UX, compliance, and data Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical Experience in governance tools or frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, COBIT, SOC2). Familiarity with regulatory environments (GDPR, HIPAA, EU AI Act, PCI-DSS, etc.). Hands-on with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Productboard). Certifications such as PMP, CIPP, CISM, or Responsible AI / AI Ethics credentials. Previous work in AI-driven or digital transformation programs. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related Additional certifications in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Domain-specific

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product, Governance & Domain Expert to bridge the gap
between business strategy, domain knowledge, product development, and AI governance
frameworks. The role demands hands-on expertise in defining product requirements, ensuring
compliance and governance in AI-driven systems, and applying domain-specific
knowledge (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, or Manufacturing) to ensure business adoption
and regulatory alignment.
This is a hybrid role requiring strong product management, governance oversight, and domain
expertise to shape responsible, scalable, and impactful solutions.
