Job description

Scope of the role :

The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for various IT positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibility and Activities :

  • Talent Sourcing : Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening : Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Pipeline Management : Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Offer Management : Assist in the preparation and extension of job offers, and negotiate terms with candidates as needed.
  • Employer Branding : Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Education Qualification & Skills Required :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • ATS Proficiency : Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
