Job description

Responsibilities :

Guide and coach technical teams and the organization on Agile / Scrum practices and values, ensuring

effective application in software development and technical projects.

Facilitate all Scrum events, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives,with a focus on technical outcomes and goals.

Assist the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, specifically helping them to address and resolve technical challenges and dependencies.

Collaborate with the product owner and stakeholders to maintain the backlog and release plans, ensuring the team is working on the highest priority items.

Facilitate the creation of end to end project delivery plan after considering the technical complexity and required engineering activities

Identify and remove technical impediments, or guide the team to address and resolve impediments,

ensuring minimal disruption to development progress.

Collaborate with the team to understand data requirements and implement solutions that support analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to drive revenue growth.

Location - Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or project manager in a technical environment for at least 2 years.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical project management.

Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern software architectures (microservices,

serverless).

Advanced Agile certifications such as Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or Professional

ScrumMaster (PSM).

Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.

Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, or data science projects.
