Media Buyer – Meta Ads DTC Scaling Specialist

Job descriptionPlan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple DTC brands Provide creative direction for ad concepts, content shoots, and iterations Handle client calls, presenting strategy, results, and growth plans confidently Prepare and deliver weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights Create CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) reports to improve landing page & funnel performance Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to build high-performing ad campaigns Stay ahead of Meta trends, creative testing frameworks, and industry benchmarks Minimum 3 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for DTC brands. Strong ability to write and test ad copy that converts. Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining profitability. Expertise in campaign tracking and automation tools (TripleWhale, Northbeam, SuperMetrics, SyncWith, LookerStudio). Deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimization. Creative and analytical mindset comfortable testing ideas and making data-driven decisions. Strong communication and reporting skills with leadership qualities. Proven experience running Meta Ads at scale (₹50 Lakhs+ monthly spends) Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers (ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, etc.) Lead strategy for some of India's most exciting fashion, beauty & lifestyle brands Work on big budgets (₹50 Lakhs–₹1 Cr+) that give you room to test, experiment & innovate Collaborate directly with founders who trust us as their growth partners Grow your expertise at the intersection of creativity, performance, and brand building

Studio APS is looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer (Meta Ads) who is equally creative-minded and data-oriented. You'll play a key role in scaling DTC brands beyond ₹50 Lakhs in monthly revenue while ensuring strong ROAS and brand growth. You'd vibe with this role if you :
- Know your way around Meta Ads like it's second nature
- Have a strong POV on what makes scroll-stopping creative
- Can break down performance data without getting lost in the sauce
- Actually enjoy talking about landing pages, LTV, hooks, and thumb-stoppers
- Want to be part of a fast-moving, ambitious team
