Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Node.js Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality, and modern web applications. You will be responsible for designing and developing robust backend systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software products.

This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end product development from concept to deployment, within an environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Node.js applications.
• Build software products from scratch using modern frameworks, tools, and languages such as Node.js and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring system scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best software engineering practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold high engineering standards.
• Work in an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment focused on delivering client success.
• Identify areas of improvement in existing systems and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
